They went out of their way to help with arranging our trip to the terracotta warriors and provided crucial information about the city. The hotel's location is slightly far from the old city wall area, but the buses are very efficient, making it convenient to move around. The clean rooms and complete facilities at this hotel were impressive, and the breakfast was great too. Our only gripe was the language barrier with the staff.
